Aun cuando trato de practicar el programa de A.A.\, siempre soy propenso a pensar\, “¿Cómo me encuentro hoy? ¿Me siento feliz\, alegre y libre?” \nEl programa me dice que mis pensamientos tienen que dirigirse a aquellos alrededor mío: “¿Le gustaría a este principiante tener alguien con quien hablar?” “A esa persona la veo un poco triste hoy\, quizá podría levantarle el ánimo”.
