Dear Members !
You are currently on the CERAASA website. What is CERAASA? The acronym stands for the Canadian Eastern Regional Alcoholics Anonymous Service
Assembly. According to its guidelines, CERAASA’s purpose is to develop greater unity among the members, groups and Areas of the Eastern Canada Region (comprised of Ontario, Québec, and the Maritime provinces). The Assembly offers a unique opportunity in which to exchange ideas and experiences pertinent to Alcoholics Anonymous as a whole – and to foster the A.A. Legacies of Recovery,
Unity and Service.
CERAASA is organized by the 10 Areas of the Eastern Canada Region and is held in odd-numbered years. The next Assembly will take place from February 26 to 28, 2027, at the Sheraton Hotel Convention Center in St-Hyacinthe, QC. Area 88 will be offering a warm welcome to all A.A. members. Among them, Group Service Representatives (GSRs), District Committee Members (DCMs), Area Committee
Chairs and Area Assembly members who will gather to discuss General Service Conference agenda items and other topics.
In the coming months, this website will be regularly updated with relevant information. For example, further details regarding registration, archives,
guidelines and schedules. Kindly spread the word. When registering, we invite you to volunteer for one of the various service positions available. There is much to do. Finally, please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries or comments you might have. We look forward to seeing you in 2027 !
