The Registrar: An Important Role in the Structure of Our “Upside-Down” Organization

The Registrar contains information for Area 87 groups, meetings, and GSRs.

“In AA, the groups are above and the administrators below. Separately, each of the 64,000 groups in the US and Canada is autonomous. When linked together, all of these groups have full authority over our world services.

The only way for them to connect and act as real conscience for all of A.A. is to first make themselves known to G.S.O.
